About The Position
Avery Dennison Corporation is seeking an active, organized problem-solver to join their team as a Material Handler. This role is crucial for maintaining the seamless flow of raw materials and finished goods within the facility. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in accuracy. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for safely moving materials, managing inventory using the Oracle system, accurately loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness through 5S housekeeping and recycling efforts.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency with computer applications; experience with Oracle is a plus.
- Ability to maintain focus and energy in a high-speed warehouse with shifting priorities.
- A collaborative mindset—willing to step outside your assigned duties to help a coworker.
- A commitment to safety as a core value for yourself and your team.

Responsibilities
- Safely move materials between receiving, manufacturing, and shipping areas.
- Use the Inventory Management System (Oracle) to document material movement and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks while verifying materials against shipping documents to ensure "zero-defect" accuracy.
- Maintain rack inventories, support 5S housekeeping, and lead recycling efforts to ensure a safe, productive environment.
