About The Position

We're currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Material Handler to join our Katy, TX team. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems
  • Ability to pass a physical exam

Nice To Haves

  • Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience
  • Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment
  • Strong math skills for counting, verifying, and tracking inventory

Responsibilities

  • Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments against packing slips
  • Stocking and organizing materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Picking, pulling, packing, and preparing customer and project orders for shipment
  • Performing cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Using RF scanners, handheld devices, and warehouse management systems to track inventory
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting materials using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment
  • Assisting with shipping, labeling, and preparing outbound freight
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Following OSHA safety standards and proper material handling procedures
