Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Written & oral aptitude in English
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong mathematical aptitude
  • Experience with working with ERP and Inventory Management Systems
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, pick lists, receiving documents, and inventory reports
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Conscientious and punctual
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Eligible to work in the USA

Nice To Haves

  • Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) forklift certification is an advantage
  • Availability to work overtime including weekends and evenings when necessary

Responsibilities

  • Transport raw materials and in-process assemblies to specific production areas on schedule to maintain workflow
  • Ensure materials are delivered to production areas in the correct quantity and condition to support production schedules
  • Safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT), including forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and hoists
  • Perform pre-use safety inspections on equipment and conduct basic operator maintenance
  • Catalog, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Utilize (ERP) systems or inventory software to update stock levels, log work orders, and track material movement
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through timely and accurate material transactions in the ERP system
  • Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory checks to ensure system accuracy and prevent stockouts
  • Assist with investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies identified through cycle counts and physical inventories
  • Utilize material pick lists for preparing kits for production
  • Creates & submits proper documentation as required
  • Enter received goods into the inventory system as per existing policies & procedures
  • Report discrepancies or anomalies of incoming goods/cycle counts per procedures
  • Issue materials to work orders per the pick lists in ERP system
  • Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and facility protocols
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment to eliminate safety hazards and optimize space
  • Other duties as assigned
