About The Position

Under the direct supervision of the Security and Safety Supervisor, performs various housekeeping and facilities functions. These include but are not limited to: Disposing of trash and cardboard, running sweeper/scrubber in warehouse, assisting with facilities related tasks and performing assigned special projects. This position requires lifting and the safe operation of equipment.

Requirements

• 2 + years work experience in facilities/maintenance and custodial/housekeeping.
• Must be certified to operate all equipment and be able to pass certification tests.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to use scanner systems effectively with minimal errors
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to meet and maintain a set level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Good verbal/written communication skills, basic math skills and ability to read
• Strong team player and the ability to get along with co-workers

Nice To Haves

• Material handling equipment experience is a plus – required to pass certification test

Responsibilities
