About The Position

A material handler manually moves products, merchandise, stock, and other materials. This role entails maintaining inventory, taking note of the location of stock, verifying production orders, loading delivery trucks, and filling client orders. Candidate will also need to ensure safety in the working area and maintain accurate documentation of the materials that are being shipped.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift more than 30 pounds without assistance
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods of time
• Able to communicate effectively with team members

Responsibilities

• Manually moves products, merchandise, stock, and other materials.
• Maintains inventory.
• Takes note of the location of stock.
• Verifies production orders.
• Loads delivery trucks.
• Fills client orders.
• Ensures safety in the working area.
• Maintains accurate documentation of the materials that are being shipped.
• Utilizes RF inventory management system.
• Follows all OSHA and PPE standards.
• Helps setup materials for production runs.
• Utilizes WMS and warehouse procedures.
