About The Position

This role involves various material handling tasks to support production lines and warehouse operations. The Material Handler will be responsible for unpacking, decanting, stocking, and inventory control, ensuring adherence to safety and company policies. This position is for the 3rd shift.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
• Two to five years’ experience in warehouse operations
• Forklift experience

Responsibilities

• Unpack material from pallets and place in smaller flow racks, ensuring FIFO process is followed.
• Decant and/or prepare material as required for each production line.
• Stock production lines using proper equipment such as a tugger or walk behind, delivering the right number of parts to the line at the right time.
• Remove trash from materials area and production lines, and load cardboard and plastic into compactors.
• Assist with inventory control functions of on-site and off-site warehouses, including cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Maintain lot traceability as required.
• Support training as required.
• Perform any other tasks and duties as assigned.
