About The Position
Material Handlers at Protomet ensure the wheel keeps moving, keeping the flow of goods around the plant while also cutting the raw stock down to the machinable bars we need. A self-starter is ideal for this role. Success as a Material Handler at Protomet comes down to efficiency, safety, and attitude. Developing people to have the technical skill to get the job done, the care to do it safely, and the energy to learn all aspects of our business is our goal. Show up on time with Batteries Included. Experience is great, but we love developing employees under our roof as well.

Responsibilities
- Deliver material to multiple machines and finished goods to our shipping department
- Track flow of goods around the shop
- Loading/unloading flatbed and box trucks
- Assist the shipping department with orders
