About The Position

Join our team as a Material Handler on the Weekend Shift and play a key role in keeping manufacturing running efficiently. You will ensure our production teams have the right materials at the right time to build premium fitness equipment used around the world. This role is designed to give you more time for life while rewarding your commitment, offering a three-day workweek (Friday–Sunday) and the chance to work just 36 hours while being paid for 40. You'll be responsible for coordinating with supervisors, organizing and transporting materials, maintaining accurate inventory, operating forklifts, and ensuring a clean and safe work area.

Requirements

  • Forklift experience preferred; ability to become forklift certified is required.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to accurately complete inventory transactions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Supervisors and Team Leads to ensure production areas are supplied and ready to minimize downtime.
  • Organize, store, transport, and stage materials, parts, and supplies throughout the facility.
  • Accurately complete routers, tags, and other inventory documentation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and report shortages, overages, or material concerns.
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility.
  • Complete inventory and material transactions accurately within Oracle.
  • Deliver parts and supplies to production teams to maximize efficiency.
  • Remove and distribute empty pallets, baskets, and containers as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Support other warehouse and production activities as assigned.
