About The Position

This role is responsible for the accurate receiving, storage, organization, and distribution of raw materials, components, and supplies within a warehouse environment. Ensures timely and efficient movement of materials to meet production demands while maintaining strict inventory control and compliance with handling procedures for sensitive electronic components. Committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Requirements

  • Good English skills: written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Team working skills are critical for success.
  • Good hand, finger and eye coordination required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to work daily and weekend overtime as necessary.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to read, understand and follow written procedures and instructions in English.
  • Work and communicate with material suppliers in a professional manner.
  • Pull material for jobs.
  • Enter and release material out of the material manager program, including releasing jobs to chemical clean.
  • Put away received material in its proper location.
  • Assist with daily cycle counts and year-end inventory.
