About The Position

RMB Products is seeking a Material Handler - Water Spider who supports daily manufacturing operations by ensuring workstations have the materials, parts, kits, and supplies needed to maintain efficient production flow. This role works closely with production, warehouse, and scheduling teams while also assisting with assembly, rotational molding, trimming, and quality inspection activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and customer specifications.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills.
  • Ability to use precision measuring tools and perform visual quality inspections.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing production needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a manufacturing team.
  • Must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in material handling, assembly, rotational molding, warehouse support, or a similar manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure each workstation has the correct parts, kits, materials, and fixtures according to the production schedule.
  • Stock fasteners, screws, washers, and other required supplies at workstations and replace material lots as needed.
  • Obtain kits and materials from the warehouse and deliver them to the appropriate workstations.
  • Monitor material availability and communicate shortages or space constraints to the team lead or supervisor.
  • Expedite urgent material or production requests from team leads and schedulers.
  • Remove unnecessary materials from workstations and move finished products to designated areas.
  • Assist with assembly, rotational molding, trimming, and other production operations as needed.
  • Assemble parts as required within the department.
  • Perform quality acceptance checks using precision measuring tools and visual inspection methods.
  • Inspect finished parts for defects including delamination, voids, bubbles, contamination, or other quality concerns.
  • Identify and reject nonconforming parts and move them to designated areas according to established procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, work instructions, and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support production schedules and departmental goals.
  • Work overtime, modified schedules, or additional hours as needed to meet business requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
