Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of shipping and receiving experience
- Experience managing inventory within a warehouse environment
- Proficiency with MRP or ERP systems. Strong Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Ability to accurately manage incoming and outgoing shipments
- Strong written communication skills for customer and internal correspondence
- Ability to safely operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Nice To Haves
- Experience with international shipping and export documentation
- Previous experience operating pallet jacks or warehouse lifts
- Comfortable learning new technology and inventory systems
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Accurately fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and preparing shipments
- Receive, inspect, document, and process incoming materials and outgoing shipments
- Maintain inventory records and track inventory levels using Excel and MRP/ERP systems
- Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order status, delivery schedules, and shipping issues
- Coordinate and perform local deliveries to customer sites
- Process domestic and international shipments, including required shipping documentation
- Operate pallet jacks and lifting equipment to safely move materials throughout the warehouse
- Support daily warehouse and logistics operations in a small team environment
