About The Position

Material Handlers are responsible for safely and efficiently moving, storing, and distributing materials throughout the warehouse. This role involves frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of materials up to 55 pounds, operating warehouse equipment, loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments, and completing required paperwork. Employees operating order pickers will work at heights of approximately 25-30 feet and must use provided fall protection equipment.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a strong and reliable work history.
• Be committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Successfully complete a drug screening and physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Frequently lifting, carrying, and moving materials weighing up to 55 pounds.
• Safely operating warehouse equipment and following all safety procedures.
• Loading and unloading trucks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests and shipping documentation.
• Completing required paperwork and documentation in accordance with established work instructions.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and order pickers, as assigned.
