About The Position

Material Handlers are responsible for safely and efficiently moving, storing, and distributing materials throughout the warehouse. This role involves frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of materials weighing up to 55 pounds. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong and reliable work history, be committed to maintaining a safe work environment, and pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and physical examination.

Responsibilities

Frequently lifting, carrying, and moving materials weighing up to 55 pounds.
Safely operating warehouse equipment and following all safety procedures.
Loading and unloading trucks in a timely and accurate manner.
Verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests and shipping documentation.
Completing required paperwork and documentation in accordance with established work instructions.
Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and order pickers, as assigned.
Employees assigned to order picker operations will work at heights of approximately 25–30 feet and must wear employer-provided fall protection equipment at all times while performing elevated tasks.
