About The Position

We are seeking a high-performing Warehouse Team Lead to drive daily execution within our Aftermarket Distribution operation. This role is responsible for delivering results against critical service and operational metrics including Safety, On-Time Delivery (OTD), fill rate, inventory accuracy, productivity, and safety. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience
• Demonstrated experience leading work or serving as a functional lead
• Working knowledge of ERP or warehouse management systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in manufacturing or aftermarket/service parts distribution
• Exposure to Lean, continuous improvement, or KPI-driven environments
• Career interest in advancing into warehouse supervision

Responsibilities

• Drive daily execution to meet OTD and fill rate targets.
• Prioritize work to protect customer commitment dates.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks to service performance.
• Lead cycle counting and discrepancy resolution efforts.
• Ensure accurate and timely system transactions.
• Drive corrective actions to eliminate repeat errors.
• Monitor and improve team productivity metrics.
• Support labor planning and workflow balancing.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Provide daily direction and accountability to warehouse associates.
• Lead shift start-up meetings and KPI reviews.
• Coach team members to improve performance and engagement.
• Support onboarding and training of new employees.
