Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Two to four years related experience or equivalent
Knowledge of material handling practices and procedures
Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates
Commitment to excellence and high standards
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Basic competence in subordinates’ duties and tasks
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to manage priorities and workflow
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts and physical inventories, and reconcile discrepancies using ERP/WMS systems.
Order materials needed for upcoming orders.
Verify delivery documentation and inspect incoming shipments for damage.
Ensure outgoing orders are accurately packed, weighed, and accompanied by correct Bills of Lading (BOLs).
Organize warehouse layout for efficient storage.
Troubleshoot bottlenecks and collaborate with purchasing, transportation, and customer service departments.
Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff.
Assign tasks such as picking, packing, loading, and unloading.
Ensure raw materials are continuously supplied to the production floor.
Enforce OSHA and company safety guidelines.
Ensure proper use of PPE and material-handling equipment like forklifts.
