This role is for a 3rd Shift Material Handler/Spotter at the Old Hickory, TN location. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Prior forklift experience.
A strong focus on safety and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and delivery personnel.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Nice To Haves

Previous Spotter experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Move trailers in and out of the docks for loading and unloading.
Keep the parking lot organized.
Prepping and staging trailers for production.
Receive, unload, label, and stock incoming materials and warehouse transfers.
Pull orders and prepare shipments for next-day deliveries.
Support production by preparing totes, testing equipment, and staging materials.
Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.
Complete assigned maintenance work orders and required documentation.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, including operating cleaning equipment.
Complete required safety checks, inspections, and compliance tasks.
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Report equipment problems, inventory issues, and safety concerns to leadership.
Work with the team to meet daily production, shipping, and warehouse goals.
Other duties as assigned.
