Material Handler/ Shipper

About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring all safety and quality procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and accurately picking and packing orders. The Material Handler/Shipper will also learn and navigate inventory and shipping systems, manage the timely flow of goods, and process shipments. Secondary responsibilities include the opportunity to become an ISO Internal Auditor, conducting audits and supporting compliance with ISO standards and Integrated Management System (IMS) initiatives.

Requirements

HS Diploma or equivalent
Tow motor experience/pallet jack
Flexible with hours
Computer processing experience (UPS WorldShip, Fed-ex)
Warehouse experience using barcode scanners.
Must be able to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Ensures all safety procedures are followed and actively works to improve our safety program.

Follows all procedures & work instructions.
Works to maintain a clean & organized working environment (5s).
Pick orders timely & correctly.
Ability to learn & navigate our inventory control system/ shipping system (UPS/ Fed-ex).
Assure timely flow of goods.
Ability to check-in & put away parts using tablets & scanners.
Prepare handling of goods.
Material receipts.
Ability to process shipments in a correct order.
Ability to pick & pack orders sturdy & presentable.
Other duties as assigned.
Opportunity to be selected for the role of ISO Internal Auditor, with responsibilities including conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Must demonstrate awareness of ISO standards and actively participate in Integrated Management System (IMS) audits to support compliance and improvement efforts.
