About The Position
Alro Steel is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler/Machine Operator to join its team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a team-oriented role focused on safely and efficiently preparing customer material orders for shipment. No experience is necessary; extensive upfront training and ongoing mentoring are provided. The position offers compensation of up to $23 per hour, paid weekly, and low-cost healthcare benefits after 30 days of employment. Alro Steel is a family-owned, privately held company that supplies metal products to manufacturing and other industries.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Work with a team to fill and prepare material orders for shipment to customers.
- Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, metal saws, shears, and lasers.
