As a Warehouse Associate (Lumper), this position requires rotating between several key roles in the warehouse, including Selecting, Loading, Cycle Counting, and Quality Inspection. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, computer skills, adaptability, and high levels of teamwork and communication. This employee must maintain good attendance, ensure safe work practices, operate equipment safely and efficiently, keep the warehouse clean, and comply with OSHA and SDS Standards. The role also requires working in temperatures as cold as -30 degrees.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse
• Minimum of 2 years of RF scanning experience
• Minimum of 2 years of inventory experience
• Minimum of 1 year of Dock Inspecting and Loading
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer skills
• Adaptable to different tasks
• Demonstrate a high level of teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in an atmosphere as cold as -30 degrees
• Ability to carry, lift and/or move up to 50-60 pounds

Responsibilities
