About The Position

At Kleen Test Products, we manufacture trusted disinfectants and household cleaning products used every day. We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused leader to keep materials moving, support production efficiency, and guide a team of forklift operators on 3rd shift. This role involves operating a sit-down electric forklift, leading and supporting forklift operators, coordinating material movement, inventory flow, and outbound shipments, monitoring workflow, and providing real-time coaching to team members. The position also requires accurate lot tracking, use of RF scanning technology (aScan system) for inventory management, and upholding safety, PPE, cGMP, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
  • Experience leading, training, or mentoring team members on the floor
  • Strong attention to detail in inventory tracking and documentation
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced setting
  • Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining professionalism
  • Prior experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
  • Comfortable using pick lists and electronic inventory or warehouse management systems
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to shift priorities as needed
  • High level of accuracy in tracking, handling, and documenting inventory
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on minimizing errors
  • Clear, effective communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and contribute positively within a team environment
  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Responsibilities

  • Operate a sit-down electric forklift safely and efficiently
