Scope of Position This highly skilled and proactive individual, as part of the Warehouse team, will be responsible for leading complex material handling activities, ensuring inventory accuracy, and driving efficiency improvements within the warehouse operations. This role serves as a subject matter expert and supports operational excellence through problem-solving and process ownership. This position reports to WQ Warehouse Manager. This role is onsite and is based in Fort Worth, Texas.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years warehouse or manufacturing experience
  • Proven experience leading material handling processes
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems and inventory transactions
  • Intermediate math, computer, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to obtain forklift certification
  • Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
  • Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Pull materials and support critical production requirements
  • Lead and coordinate material requisition activities across operations
  • Support stocking strategy and optimize material storage efficiency
  • Provide operational backup and guidance across warehouse functions
  • Perform advanced ERP transactions (adjustments, transfers, reconciliation)
  • Verify material availability and resolve shortages with urgency
  • Conduct inventory counts and ensures warehouse accuracy
  • Manage returns processing (RMA, canceled jobs, discrepancies, misplaced materials)
  • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager or Company management
