Your Role at Baxter This is where my hands make life-sustaining products As a Material Handler III, you support the efficient production of Plastic Pour Bottles by ensuring materials are accurate, available, and properly handled throughout the process. You perform line clearances, verify materials, and operate forklifts to move gaylords and totes between production and warehouse areas. You also prepare containers by cleaning and relining them, stage finished goods, and report any issues to leadership. Your role includes maintaining documentation, supporting Lean initiatives, and upholding safety, housekeeping, and 6S standards. Your Team You are part of a cross-functional team including production operators, material handlers, and supervisors working together to meet safety, quality, and production goals. The team depends on strong communication and coordination to maintain material flow and reduce downtime. Together, you contribute to continuous improvement efforts and maintain an organized, efficient, and safe work environment.
