About The Position

As a Material Handler II, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and finished goods throughout our manufacturing facility, directly supporting our production teams and enabling on-time delivery to our customers worldwide. A Day in the Life: Receive, inspect, and store incoming raw materials, components, and finished goods using warehouse management systems and proper handling protocols. Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production lines and finished products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and meeting delivery schedules. Operate powered industrial equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move materials safely throughout the facility. Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and system transactions, supporting just-in-time manufacturing processes. Follow strict quality control procedures and cleanroom protocols when handling sensitive high-tech components and instruments. Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to resolve material issues and optimize warehouse workflows.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning devices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of material handling safety protocols and cleanroom procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret work orders, shipping documents, and inventory reports
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
  • Forklift certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
