Material Handler II
About The Position
Cadrex is searching for a Material Handler to load, unload, and move materials within or near production facility or warehouse. Will be primarily responsible for maintaining an adequate supply of materials at all running machines. This includes raw materials (resin), packaging, inserts, bags, labels, etc., as called out on the job “Pick List”. The correct paperwork associated with any movement of these materials is the responsibility of the Material Handler. Lot number control is an essential part of material tracking (especially regrind) and this falls under the Material Handler responsibilities.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Previous materials handling experience.
- Forklift experience preferred
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and loading all hoppers as required at set up.
- Ensuring excellent housekeeping to avoid contamination of materials.
- Move finished goods to the warehouse or to a location designated by the warehouse and fill out accurately any paperwork required.
- Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management.
