Results – Results matter for all of us. The Material Handler, responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. This role is essential to keeping our supply chain running smoothly, working in a fast-paced warehouse environment using material handling equipment, inventory systems, and safety best practices. They will also handle inspecting, and processing incoming materials and supplies to ensure accurate inventory and timely distribution within the facility.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or receiving environment, preferably in a manufacturing or scientific setting.
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment; valid certification preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Inspect received materials for damage, defects, and discrepancies, documenting and reporting any issues.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Accurately label, sort, and store incoming materials in designated inventory locations.
  • Enter receiving data into the inventory management system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) with precision.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and quality control departments to resolve receiving discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
  • Assist with cycle counting and physical inventory processes as needed.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • May assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
