Requirements

At least one year of experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in basic math.
Ability to read and understand work instructions in English.
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Physically capable of standing/walking for extended periods.
Maintain a safety-conscious approach in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Familiarity with ERP and inventory systems is beneficial.
Commitment to obtaining forklift certification.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective communication abilities.
Team-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing standards such as AS9100 or ISO.
Experience in material traceability.
Experience in shipping procedures.

Responsibilities

Accurately receiving, storing, handling, and distributing materials, parts, and finished goods.
Ensuring inventory accuracy while maintaining proper documentation.
Delivering materials to production areas in a timely and organized manner.
Preparing kits for production.
Performing inventory transactions.
Conducting cycle counts.
Operating material-handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
Verifying part numbers.
Maintaining clean storage areas in compliance with aerospace traceability standards.
Following company safety policies and quality guidelines.
