Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency in basic math.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions in English.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Physically capable of standing/walking for extended periods.
  • Maintain a safety-conscious approach in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Familiarity with ERP and inventory systems is beneficial.
  • Commitment to obtaining forklift certification.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication abilities.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing standards such as AS9100 or ISO.
  • Experience in material traceability.
  • Experience in shipping procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately receiving, storing, handling, and distributing materials, parts, and finished goods.
  • Ensuring inventory accuracy while maintaining proper documentation.
  • Delivering materials to production areas in a timely and organized manner.
  • Preparing kits for production.
  • Performing inventory transactions.
  • Conducting cycle counts.
  • Operating material-handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
  • Verifying part numbers.
  • Maintaining clean storage areas in compliance with aerospace traceability standards.
  • Following company safety policies and quality guidelines.
