About The Position

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Material Handler I - 2nd Shift at 7800 Trade Center Avenue in El Paso, TX. The hourly rate for this position is $16.22 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential. The core hours are Monday to Friday from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 6 months of forklift experience.
• 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Basic computer skills and use of software application(s) is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, persuasive, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Work with individuals and groups to effectively participate within a team environment.
• Able to lift/carry/push/ pull 25lbs with or without accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Process material for kitting orders on time delivery.
• Complete inventory transactions for inventory accuracy.
• Comply with all safety company regulations and the use of PPE in the area.
• Exhibit a strong adherence to quality when provide material.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment.
• All other activities assigned
