Material Handler I - 1st Shift - $21.80/hr
About The Position

This role is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping domestic and international sales orders, packaging products to meet shipping criteria, adhering to temperature controls, and ensuring correct items are boxed for customer orders. The Material Handler will also collaborate with the Inventory Team for restocking and process products at the FedEx terminal, preparing accurate shipping labels. The position requires the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and involves standing and walking the warehouse for an 8.0-hour day.
Requirements
- High School or GED
- Experience operating Work Assist Vehicle (WAV) lift and/or utilizing RF scanner
- Prior warehousing experience
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 25 pounds regularly
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, sit, or stand as needed
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship domestic and international sales orders while using a barcode scanner
- Package product to meet shipping criteria, adhere to temp controls where applicable and assure correct items are boxed for the customer order
- Work with the Inventory Team to report low inventory restocking
- Help put away inventory into the proper inventory bins
- Process product at FedEx terminal and prepare accurate shipping label
