As a Material Handler I, you are happiest when you are moving, and we will not disappoint! Your Team Cleveland’s technology and automation is innovative. It is the U.S. sole source for plastic pour bottles, glass IV, and various reconstitution devices. This facility produces a number of major product lines with a diverse array of automated manufacturing technologies ranging from bottle solution filling, injection molding, tubing extrusion, and device assembly. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
  • Must have the capability to comprehend and interpret control documents and specifications.
  • Must be able to work without direct supervision.
  • Must be able to work overtime as required.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds repetitively.
  • Ability to bend/stoop.
  • Audiometric testing and hearing protection required.
  • Meet visual acuity requirements as documented in the Baxter Cleveland Visual Acuity procedure CL-01-01-037.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • We are un-able to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and set-up equipment.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly required cleanings.
  • Perform line clearances, TIQ inspections, and parameters verifications when applicable.
  • Initiate and review all production documentation for completion and correctness when applicable.
  • Must verify correctness of materials and supplies.
  • Must pull parts and stage batches per B.O.M. when applicable.
  • Inspect, assemble, and/or package devices.
  • Maintain good housekeeping and 6S responsibilities as assigned.
  • Participate in and complete all required training.
  • Must perform all other duties and responsibilities as determined by supervision/management.
