About The Position

The Material Handler/Forklift Operator position is responsible for operating a forklift to help load and unload trailers, haul finished goods and raw materials, and pull internal shopping lists when necessary. Requirements

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.
• Physical examination and pre-employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
• Previous material handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to help load and unload trailers.
• Haul finished goods and raw materials.
• Pull internal shopping lists when necessary.
• Work in a fast‑paced warehousing environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods, get on and off your forklift consistently & safely, bend, reach, grab and twist.
• Accurately complete required documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
• Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Attend dock meetings for team & company communications.
• This position has contact or influence over outbound shipments and is considered Product Security Sensitive.
• This position is designated as a Safety-Sensitive.
