About The Position

We are searching for an experienced Material Handler and Forklift Driver at our Door Engineering facility in Mankato, Minnesota. We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker with proven forklift experience to support daily operations. This is a hands-on, on-site role with broad responsibilities across receiving, material movement, production support and shipping.

Requirements

Prior forklift experience required (please specify types of equipment operated)
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and follow safety procedures
Experience reading work orders and shipping documents
Strong attention to detail, organization, and reliability
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours at a time)
Basic computer skills; MS Office experience preferred
Ability to read and write in English
Ability to work on-site during scheduled hours

Nice To Haves

4+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, or related experience preferred

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and products
Safely operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, lift truck, 2-wheeler)
Store, move, pick, and stage materials to support production and customer shipments
Read and interpret work orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace (including 5S activities)
Support material flow through production, including basic assembly and component handling as needed
Perform material transactions, support inventory accuracy (cycle counts, physical inventory), and communicate stock needs
Coordinate with purchasing and supply chain to maintain material availability
Move materials on scheduled intervals to designated areas
Cross-train across warehouse and production functions as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by management
