About The Position

This position exists to serve priesthood leaders by providing temples, headquarters, and other facilities for their use to help bring souls unto CHRIST and by helping to make gospel teachings, resources, or services accessible to all in a simple and affordable way. This is an entry-level material handling position. The incumbent picks materials, fills customer orders, handles special mailings, and performs stock handling functions while complying with Church standards for safety, security, and productivity. The incumbent ensures that orders are complete, correct, and accurately routed. You’ll work in a wholesome environment with temple worthy coworkers and shifts started with prayer. Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team and independently
Reliable attendance throughout the holiday season.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Only members of the Church who are worthy of a temple recommend qualify for employment.

Nice To Haves

Previous merchandising, warehouse, or display setup experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Temporary Holiday Inventory
Pull tree stock and get them set up in various locations- check to make sure they are sturdy, and make any adjustments as needed.
Pull and log the checking out and checking in of all Christmas ornament boxes
Stage correct ornament boxes for corresponding trees in various locations
As needed, help designers with decorating of trees
Pull and hang garland at tabernacle
Other duties as assigned
