This position is responsible for stocking, pulling, stacking, and transporting parts as needed for assigned areas. Essential duties include operating a handheld scanner to scan product, organizing and maintaining bins for accurate inventories, and helping to unload trucks. The role may involve breaking down cardboard boxes and operating a baler. The employee must be able to move specific product to work areas in a timely manner and may be required to pull up patterns and forms (computer use) based on the assigned area. The ability to learn to identify and measure different types of stock and to rotate stock using the FIFO (first in first out) method is necessary. The position requires self-motivation with little supervision. The employee will be operating a cherry picker and working at heights, pulling and storing fabric rolls in bin locations. The working hours are a 9-hour shift (Monday - Thursday, 7 am - 4:30 pm, Friday - 7 am - 11 am), with overtime as needed.
