About The Position

LDB Beverage is growing and needs additional team members for their PM shift. This role involves material handling with the intent to train as an Equipment Operator in a fast-paced, energetic environment. The work schedule is 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday. Material handling activities are crucial for production runs, including building boxes, loading cans, and palletizing finished products. Training is available for 4 different machines for individuals with the right skill set and attitude.

Requirements

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lb items and to work on feet for prolonged periods
Attention to detail
Must have a good team mentality
Must be self-motivated
Must be dependable and accountable
Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
Availability to work overtime when necessary

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Materials Handler or in a similar position is preferred

Responsibilities

Be punctual for every shift
Perform all duties while following all company safety protocol
Preparation of raw packaging materials for use on line
Palletization of finished product
Re-pack of finished product
Follow written SOPs and other written instructions as they relate to GMPs, Safe Quality Foods (SQF), organic, gluten-free, etc.
Perform all duties in accordance with outlined SQF policies, such as hygiene, attire, hand washing, personal effects, illness, etc.
Completion/accuracy of all necessary paperwork before, during, and after each production run
Maintain a clean and safe production environment, including work areas and equipment
Meeting all timelines of the aforementioned tasks
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
