About The Position

Super Products is currently accepting applications for our Material Handler - Blaster position at our location in Mukwonago, WI. The Material Handler / Blaster prepares metals parts for powder coating by operating blasting equipment and ensuring the efficient loading and unloading carts for powder coaters. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Demonstrate ability to work independently or in a group with minimal daily supervision and meet expectations
Effectively communicate and understand job instructions both verbally and written in the English language
Ability to wear PAPR equipment and other personal protective equipment (PPE)
Proficiency in operating a floor-mounted man lift
Licensed forklift operator or ability to become licensed

Nice To Haves

A minimum of two (2) years of experience preferred
Capable of working overtime and/or including weekends, as production schedules dictate

Responsibilities

Monitor production schedule to assess workload priorities for blasting, loading and unloading of carts.
Prepare material for powder coating, employing various methods including shot blasting and sanding while following quality control procedures for consistent surface preparation.
Using an overhead crane or a forklift, load and unload parts or product onto paint fixtures or carts to optimize coating efficiency and minimize damage.
Mask or plug threaded holes or machined surfaces as required.
Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures while operating equipment, including wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment.
