With CCTV cameras, pre-built vehicles, and software for pipeline inspection and rehabilitation, we improve the safety and reliability of our water infrastructure systems. SPX is a diverse team of unique individuals who all make an impact. As a Material Handler 1, your responsibilities will include general warehousing, shipping, receiving, stock put-away, work order and sales order fulfillment, as well as daily cleanup and organization. These tasks will support various departments across the organization, and your role will not be limited to any one specific area.

Requirements

• 1 year of warehouse experience or equivalent experience
• High school diploma preferred
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.

Nice To Haves

• ERP System experience, IFS preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft suite applications
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and remain organized
• International shipping experience and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull daily shop orders for internal customers by assembling production kits.
• Stage kits on the production floor in accordance with the assembly schedule.
• Assist in efficiently pulling customer orders to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
• Stocking of inbound received parts.
• Package completed assemblies for shipment.
• Conduct weekly inventory counts to maintain accurate records to ensure consistency and precision.
• General warehousing, shipping, receiving, stock put-away, work order and sales order fulfillment, as well as daily cleanup and organization.
