Requirements

Valid Class-A CDL with a minimum of one year of professional driving experience.
Current DOT Physical.
Clean driving record.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to work a variable-hour schedule.
Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Ability to be self-motivated, proactive, and an effective team player.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience operating a tractor-trailer dump preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a tractor to haul end dump trailers loaded with sand, gravel, and other crushed materials from local suppliers to designated concrete plant locations and customers.
Perform all job duties in strict accordance with company safety, environmental, and operational policies.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment while upholding the company's core values.
Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of materials, adhering to schedules and delivery instructions.
Follow all company procedures related to vehicle operation, load securing, and delivery documentation.
