About The Position

SAIC is seeking a Material Coordinator in North Charleston, SC. This role will be primarily tasked with performing moderate to complex vehicle integration tasks to include cable routing, metal work installations, and technical support to integrate, install, modify, and perform upgrades in support of C5ISR systems. The position will also provide occasional assistance to related support areas, including kitting and warehouse operations. The Material Coordinator will need to read and follow integration documentation, written or verbal instructions, schematics, rough sketches, drawings and diagrams, layouts, and plans, often requiring interpretation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED or Associates Degree in Engineering Technology, or Formal electronics Training from: Technical School, Class A or B Military school in electronics or communications, or four year electronics apprentice program
• Must have (2) years or more appropriate experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair of digital computers, computer peripheral/interface, equipment, VME based systems, digital switches, radio frequency transmitters, receivers, antennas, and modems
• Must have at least (1) years of the last (3) years of experience in the maintenance and repair of C5ISR systems, subsystems, and equipment
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a DOD Public Trust security clearance
• Active clearances accepted
