About The Position

Looking for a mid-level Material Coordinator with at least 5 years of experience and SAP knowledge. This role involves import/export experience and performs warehouse, logistics, and inventory control functions. The primary responsibilities include shipping daily service spares for next-day delivery, preparing materials for shipments to customers, affiliates, Field Service Engineers (FSEs), and Field Service Leads (FSLs) using UPS/FedEx and SAP/XPS. The role also includes overseeing 3rd party offsite warehouse transactions/shipments, maintaining warehouse inventory through put-backs and daily cycle counts, and processing scrapped material transactions on SAP for the client Repair Center. Additionally, the position involves performing inventory cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, identifying error sources, verifying empty location accuracy, maintaining computer system inventory integrity, and auditing material-disposition notices and inventory-disposition authorizations.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to understand and interpret instructions and inventory variance information
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a distribution environment
• Basic computer proficiency/experience
• Must have SAP warehouse transaction experience
• Ability to stand / walk most of day and lift up to 30-pound packages
• Good analytical and mathematical skills
• Ability to perform/operate in a metrics-driven environment
• Good organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under little supervision in a fast-paced distribution environment

Nice To Haves

• Some college or Associates Degree preferred but not required
• Import / Export experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical products preferred
• General FDA and QSR / GMP knowledge

Responsibilities
