About The Position

Titan Electronics is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Materials Coordinator to support our Operations Department. This position is responsible for receiving, inventory management, material staging, shipping, warehouse organization, purchasing support, and project material coordination. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of accuracy, organization, and customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, receiving, purchasing, or materials coordination roles.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
  • Experience with shipping systems such as UPS WorldShip preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), experience using Google Workspace, including Gmail and Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.

  • Experience with shipping systems such as UPS WorldShip

Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming deliveries.
  • Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders, enter and receive orders into the company system.
  • Maintain accurate receiving and inventory records.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, perform weekly cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
  • Classify, label, and store materials in designated locations, stage and organize materials for Project Managers and field technicians.
  • Pull materials from stock and issue them to project jobs.
  • Ensure project materials are complete and available according to schedules.
  • Prepare and package outbound shipments, process shipments using UPS shipping software.
  • Maintain shipping records and coordinate freight activities.
  • Assist with purchasing materials and equipment for projects.
  • Follow up on open orders and support procurement activities.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, promote safe and efficient warehouse practices.
  • Deliver materials to project sites when required.
