About The Position

Parsons Corporation is searching for a motivated and innovative Material Coordinator/Logistics Specialist to join our growing organization. The responsibilities include coordinating tracking, integration, storage, shipment, and fielding of a global network of tactical systems. The ideal candidate would have experience managing hundreds of hardware components throughout their lifecycle and ensuring success in a complex, dynamic system of systems.

Requirements

2 years’ relevant experience in logistics and inventory control
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to bend and lift 20 pounds and climb to work platforms over 10 feet in height

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
Knowledge or interest in radio frequency and antenna design
Knowledge or interest in SIGINT, Electronic Warfare, Digital Signals Processing, Intelligence Community communication networks, RF fundamentals, tactical hardware, and algorithm development

Responsibilities

Maintains a procurement tracking system for all hardware to manage components from cradle to grave.
Works with internal and external stakeholders to obtain procurement approvals and procure hardware.
Tracks systems integration and provides capability updates to stakeholders.
Maintains and manages system spares, as well as test and training systems.
Maintains positive control of all hardware and tools.
Creates tailored inventory reports.
Ensure all electro-static sensitive devices are stored with proper protection.
Manages warehouses and storerooms.
