About The Position

Coordinates and expedites the flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections or departments in a manner that adds value to the company.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
The ability to understand and follow instructions and the ability to concentrate is required.
Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to get along with others or to be part of a team.
Access to Export Control Information.
Regular attendance at the worksite.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six (6) months’ work related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Receive, store, issue, and/or transfer materials in accordance with established procedures.
Accurately perform inventory transactions using warehouse management or ERP systems.
Pick, stage, package, and/or distribute materials to support demand.
Perform routine inventory counts and report inventory discrepancies as requested.
Maintain accurate inventory records and complete required documentation.
Follow safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain an organized and clean work area.
Report inventory issues, shortages, or process concerns to higher-level coordinators or supervisors.
Assist with physical inventories and other warehouse activities as assigned.
Learn and use warehouse equipment such as a computer, carousel, fork lift, scissor lift, cherry picker, golf cart, flatbed, ladder, and truck to perform job duties.
