About The Position

Revolution is now hiring a Material Controller for its Little Rock, AR location. This role manages the materials for the accuracy of our blends and effectively performs changeovers. This position offers growth opportunities in a stable and safe work environment.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
1 + years experience in a Team Lead role in an industrial environment.
Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
Ability to work a fixed day or night shift on a 2/2/3 schedule.
Essential reading and writing skills are required.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
Must be able to stand 8-12 hours during a shift.
Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
Make continuous efforts to improve the quality of the product.
Ability to perform well in a customer-driven, safety-conscious organization.

Nice To Haves

Experience with automated manufacturing equipment preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all blender changeovers.
Responsible for accurately counting all colors and additives for inventory.
Responsible for the daily cleanliness and organization of all the mezzanines.
Responsible for changing and maintaining all external line blower filters per established frequencies.
Responsible for checking the inlet and outlet pressures of the poly cool boxes per established frequencies.
Accurately completes all paperwork as required, including Pre-Shift Equipment Inspection forms.
Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines.
All other duties assigned by the shift manager.
