Performs warehouse duties including inventory, issuing, stocking, ordering, receiving, delivering, loading, unloading of materials, and managing Company FR and clothing process. Continually monitor and revise inventory reorder points, minimums, maximums, and multiples in material tracking system. Must be able to qualify as an operator for Company forklifts. Must be physically able to lift and maneuver items up to 70 pounds and stand and work long hours on concrete floor. In addition to the warehouse duties, the employee will be responsible for Accounts Payable, which includes receiving, reviewing, tracking, and approving invoices. This will involve understanding and operation of the Company’s Accounts Payable tracking and Material Management database (Oracle) including monthly and year-end accruals reporting. Required to generate POs and requisitions, and work with Procurement to initiate master service agreements and scopes of work. Responsible for coordinating and scheduling vendors. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
