About The Position
The Lead Material Control Supervisor is a full-time, onsite position. The Lead Supervisor is responsible for leading a UAW represented workforce, ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance and accurate inventory management. This position will oversee the day-to-day activities in the receiving, packaging, replenishment, picking, and shipping processes. Our Lead Supervisor is critical in driving performance to meet KPI’s and foster positive relationships with the team and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and most company holidays
- Overtime as needed
