This newly created position will assist with developing the processes the US Defense Planning and Logistics community will follow to compliantly manage both Government and Customer furnished material, with a focus on compliance to DFARS clause 252.245-7005. This includes documentation, training, surveillance, and correction. The team will manage all material entries into the Government PIEE (Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment) system, throughout the product life cycle. The right candidate will have the emotional intelligence to be able to influence others and build strong relationships with multiple functions (Program management, Government Property, Finance, Contracts, etc.) across all levels of the organization. Additionally, they will work directly with customers including DCMA and DCAA. The successful candidate will have responsibility for identifying key enablers to identify, report, and manage the movement of Government Property (Material). Additional areas of responsibility will include: Working with Key Stakeholders to ensure compliance with DFARS/FAR requirements Government Property reporting Processing Lost/Damaged Material Adjustments Enhance existing project closeout process Developing and maintaining process documentation Full Product Life Cycle Management Reporting via the PIEE system Receipt and Return of CFM/GFM Material Consumption Project Transfers Processing Create tools that facilitate the efficient processing and reporting of data from company systems into PIEE. Support Operations, Finance, and Program teams through informal and formal training and Learning Sessions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of work experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Government Property Management (Including PIEE)
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills – MS365
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, process/results oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written across multiple functions and leadership level
  • Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree, and/or CPIM/CSCP/CPPA Certification
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience – (ex:Power Apps, Tableau, PowerBI, SharePoint)
  • Experience with Dataview Reporting
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain and internal/external policies and procedures
