About The Position

We are seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will work closely with other engineers and operators to ensure all circuit cards are built per our standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the production of advanced electronic systems.

Requirements

• Experience with process optimization techniques, such as Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with ability to create and maintain process documentation and training materials
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as IPC and ISO
• Candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Obtaining a security clearance requires US Citizenship

Nice To Haves

• Chemical Process Knowledge
• Understanding of chem‑film coating, polymer/adhesive formulation, and curing processes
• Experience with solution preparation, dosing, and temperature/pressure control
• Experience maintaining and writing Process Documentation and training guidelines

Responsibilities

• Ensure all circuit cards are built per our standards.
• Conduct risk assessments.
• Enforce PPE.
