Requirements

High School Diploma required; Associates degree highly preferred.
2+ years of demonstrated logistics/supply chain experience within automotive and/or an Industrial Industry is required.
Ability to understand engineering drawings/blue prints.
Knowledge of ERP systems with SAP preferred.
Strong MS Office knowledge.
Excellent communication ability (written & verbal).
Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results.

Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
Effective time management skills.
High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Regularly analyze order plans, and double-check availability of stocks of materials, parts and components (demand / capacity analyses).
Arrange, schedule and prioritize sequences, quantities and target date based on DCC (demand capacity checks).
Determine daily work order sequence, and level weekly sequence planning on a daily basis.
Execute load balancing calculations, and cooperate with master planning for optimized plans.
Monitor deliveries as scheduled, and propose measures in case of deviation.
Work daily with prototype leaders, engineers and technicians in order to effectively plan and coordinate the manufacturing and assembly activities related to the prototype project
Create prototype orders, issue and receive inventory to orders and place purchase requisitions
Coordinate and support the shipping of prototype parts which includes: labeling, packaging, and submitting paperwork to the end customer
Maintain an up-to-date comprehensive order status summary for weekly business unit reviews
Support with prototype cost estimates for sales team
Support project managers with planning and scheduling of prototype needs in their projects
