The Registered Nurse/MAT Care Manager at Sun River Health is a vital part of a multidisciplinary team, responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care and resource utilization using the nursing process. This role involves monitoring the quality of care to ensure compliance with infection control, risk management, and other service aspects. Key functions include serving as a patient advocate, providing care management and crisis management, and demonstrating an empathic understanding of medical and psychosocial developmental needs, particularly through harm reduction approaches. The position also involves active participation in opioid overdose prevention education and staff/patient training.
