About The Position
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and passionate Certified Mat Pilates Instructor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for newly certified instructors or dedicated apprentices looking to increase their teaching hours and build a community. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, step-by-step guidance in a supportive environment, leading classes that emphasize form, alignment, and core strength.
Requirements
- Completed or currently pursuing a Mat Pilates Certification from a recognized education program.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Strong communication skills.
- A positive attitude.
- Professional reliability.
- A willingness to learn.
Nice To Haves
- Prior teaching experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan and instruct engaging, safe, and effective 60-minute Mat Pilates classes.
- Provide clear alignment cues and offer modifications or progressions for participants with varying fitness levels or injuries.
- Build welcoming, motivational relationships with members to encourage regular attendance.
- Arrive punctually, manage class transitions smoothly, and maintain an organized workout environment.
